To go to college isn't always easy. Probably you have questions and you need answers. At the helplines of the Studentenwerk Karlsruhe we like it to help you further. At the following advisory departments the Studentenwerk can help you competent and free of charge.

• Psychological help: Here you can get professional assistance for all problems around your study and personality.
• Legal advice: Here you can get legal advice for free in the area of our responsibility.
• Social counselling: Here you can get help in all social trials and tribulations.
• Telefon counselling: Here you can get easy something off your chest.
• Study with a child: We help you further with our family-friendly offering.
• Representative of disabled people at the Studentenwerk Karlsruhe: He helps you to make your life easier around the campus.
• Counselling for international students at International Student Center
• Bafög (loans and grants: The department of Bafög is responsible for all areas around loans and grants. Especially the first counselling in the Bafög-Counselling-Ofice is to recommend all of you, who make an application for Bafög the first time.
