The Studentenwerk's numerous canteens and cafeterias are well-known among students. You will find our service facilities provide food and beverages in every university in Karlsruhe and Pforzheim and in some of the bigger faculties. From Monday to Friday we serve up to 10,000 meals a day.


Our aims are clearly defined:

• We want to avoid long queues so that you can attend all scheduled lectures on time.
• We keep prices low because we know that many students have to economise. We want every student to be able to use our services without having to pay too much for it.
• Fresh food and careful preparation are very important to us. Many of our ingredients are organic. We do not use genetically modified foods.
• Naturally, your satisfaction with our service is a high priority. We hope that you like our food!
